The organisation is made up of two parts; a limited company which produces and distributes a magazine to a network of street vendors, and a registered charity which exists to help those vendors gain control of their lives by addressing the issues which have contributed to their homelessness.

Our new social enterprise, Beacon4Life CIC, opened the UK’s first ophthalmic opticians as Beacon Opticians Plus + in October 2015, providing an opportunity for customers and businesses to choose social enterprise for their eye tests, prescribing of glasses and recycling facilities.


Appoint Us Services was formed to provide a pathway to making life easier for people and offers many services that support independence. All our services are client led and delivered by experienced staff.

We have an office in Coventry and although our services are predominantly delivered in Coventry, Warwickshire and adjoining counties, they can be delivered anywhere throughout the United Kingdom.

Abram Ward Community Charity, trading as Abram Ward Community Cooperative (AWCC) was established in 2013 to support the development of a Community Hub and Community Assets network within Abram Ward, via the provision of services which reflect local needs and demands within Abram Ward and the Wigan Borough.

The Cooperative supports the growth of local people around Health, Social care and Training, via Community Group and Social Enterprises. The Cooperative will provide ‘backroom support’ and Business advice for Social Enterprises and Community Groups across Wigan Borough.

We believe that sport is the most effective tool to combat the damage inflicted by Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) such as abuse, neglect or dysfunctional home environments that are so often passed on from one generation to the next.

Breaking that cycle is at the core of everything we do. We use the power of sport to deliver positive experiences that inspire change in those most in need of a second chance.

The association gave then an easier access to the market, information and materials they needed to work.

So far they have performed at fairs and in the future they hope to open a souvenir shop in which they will be able to expose and sell their products.

Through the service of daily care of persons with disabilities, in addition to training through workshops, "Vivere" is working on socialisation and participation of our beneficiaries - participation in the life of the local community - and thus we sensitise the community for this population and reduce prejudices about it.

"In terms of services, we are the only such organisation in Kragujevac, and professionally, we have always tried to be innovative. We have created a service biorhythm, i.e. we plan weekly activities of each beneficiary based on their condition."

They produce vegetables – peppers, cabbage, tomatoes – and wheat. They sell their healthy and natural products at the market in Pirot, supply local restaurants and sell their goods in cooperation with their friends from the Independence Trade Union.

They plan to open a distribution center and complete the process: production, processing and distribution of vegetables. Their cooperative employs between 40 and 50 of our members and they are mostly families of the displaced, refugees and exiles. The cooperative also employs six Roma families.

The Fenomena Association was founded in 2006 as a non-partisan, nongovernmental and non-profit association.
